Bamboo sprout curry acid

Ingredients :
½ kg of bamboo sprout, cut lighter
½ kg of fish jerome / or other kakap
1 ltr milk from 1 coconut BTR
2 cm ginger, memarkan
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
3 lbr bay
1 btg Serai
2 btg onions, cut into 1 cm
3 BTR sour stuff
1 board petai

Puree :
3 cloves garlic
3 pcs red onion
7 pcs chili curls
2 cm turmeric
1 tbsp salt

Note: Asamkan bamboo sprout with the way soaked for 3 days

Directions :
1. Boiled coconut milk and stirred to a boil.
2. Enter the fine flavor and spices that dimemarkan.
