Cah Kankung Tauco

Cah Kankung Tauco

Ingredients:
200gr kangkung, and clean siangi
2 bay leaf
1 tbsp taoco
50 gr jambal salted fish, bread / spy salty, cut
3 tbsp vegetable oil
¼ tsp sugar

Subtle spices:
2 red chilies
6 eggs, onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tomato

Directions :
1.Panaskan oil, stir fry onions and spices fine bay until fragrant. Enter taoco, stir well until cooked.
2. Add salted fish, slosh-slosh. Enter kangkung, stir well to wilt.
3. Cast water and sugar. Cook until the spices permeate and salted fish cooked.
