Fish bumbu Tauco (Ikan bumbu Tauco)
Ingredients :
1 fish tail
3 eggs, onion,
2 cloves garlic,
red chilli 5 fruit,
chilli
5 green fruit,
blimbing vegetable 3,
1 bay leaf,
1 stem Serai,
lengkuas piece,
piece of ginger,
tauco 2 tablespoons,
oil and salt as necessary.
Directions :
Clean the fish, cut, give salt and lemon juice, leave
briefly to sew. Fry fish in hot oil until slightly yellow.
All the right ingredients, except one. Serai, lengkuas and ginger dimemarkan.
Stir-fry spices in a little oil until fragrant, give adequate water to
kuahnya (approximately 2 cups), after boiling tauco enter and fish.
Then enter the already starfruit's split. Cook until spices
trickle. Bubuhi salt as necessary. Lift and Serve.
NB: also can be replaced dg tomato, if not there.
