Kakap sweet tamarind (kakap asam manis)
Ingredients:
1 / 2 kg fresh kakap (can be replaced or tengiri milkfish)
1 / 2 pineapple
3 fresh fruits (depending on the amount of desire)
4 fruit mentimun
3 carrot
1 onion cloves
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons corn flour, diluted with 1 / 2 cups water.
Sambal & tomato sauce
2 cups water
Adequate salt and sugar
Directions :
1. Cut fish, fried & seen.
2. Paprika, mentimun, carrots cut thin lengthwise (2 x 1 cm)
3. Pineapple peel cut 2 x 2 cm
4. Garlic and onions thin and the right pan.
5. After a fragrant, enter the fish along with the paprika, tomato sauce and sambal.
6. Then, add water, salt and sugar and allow to boil.
7. Once it entered the new carrot, pineapple & mentimun
8. Last kentalkan solution with water and corn flour.
9. Serve while hot.
