Fried Chicken Cirebon

Fried Chicken Cirebon

Ingredients :
1 cow (1.1 kg) of chicken, cut
1 bay
1 stem Serai, memarkan
1 tsp salt
25 g sugar Java
500 ml water
oil for frying

Subtle spices :
6 eggs, onion
3 cloves garlic
3 eggs hazelnut
2 cm ginger
2 cm lengkuas
1 cm turmeric
1 tbsp coriander
1 tsp acid Java


Directions :
1. Boiled chicken with fine spices, bay, Serai, mayonnaise and salt to chicken out and software.
2. Lift and Drain. Dinginkan.
3. Fry in oil until hot and dry and yellow kecokelatan.
4. Serve warm.
