Fried Chicken Padang

Fried Chicken Padang

Ingredients :
1 tail domestic poultry, cut into 4 parts
1 liter of coconut water
1 bay
oil for frying

Spices, puree :
4 cloves garlic
2 eggs hazelnut
1 / 2 tsp pepper grain
1 / 2 tsp coriander grain
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Directions :
1. Boiled fish with fine spices, coconut, and the bay until chicken is soft. If the chicken is not soft, add hot water.
2. Drain chicken, fried until dry.
3. Lift, Drain.
