Goat curry Kikil

Goat curry kikil

Ingredients :
½ kg kikil, rib and goat offal
½ coconut, take milk
2 sheets leaf rowo Tamil goat

Spices :
5 hazelnut fruit
½ tsp coriander
½ oz garlic
½ oz red onion
2 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger
¼ tsp nutmeg
5 fruit clove
¼ tsp cinnamon
4 cm lengkuas, memarkan
4 pieces bay
1 stem Serai

Directions :
1. Puree all ingredients except lengkuas, bay and Serai
2. Stir-fry flavor that has been until fragrant smell
3. Enter the Serai, and leaves one with lengkuas kikil, goat offal and leaves into the pot rowo Tamil Presto
4. Enter the thin coconut milk and cook for 15 minutes
