Pelecing Kangkung

Pelecing Kangkung

Ingredients:
1 kg of water kangkung, siangi
½ tbsp salt
1 tbsp tamarind water
Salt 1 tbsp soy sauce
50 gr Ebi, flush hot water when the Leave and roughly chopped
1 tbsp oil need to




Subtle spices:
6 units of red onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, memarkan, finely chopped
1 tbsp tauco
½ tsp shrimp paste, roasted
5 red chilies

Directions :
1. Stir-fry until fragrant spices finely. Then enter Ebi chopped, mixed flat. Enter kangkung, salt water and acid.
2. Cook with the use of fire while stirred until evenly mixed and cooked. Lift. Serve warm.
