Tabur Coconut chicken fry

Tabur Coconut Chicken Fry

Ingredients :
1 male chickens, cut into 8 parts of
5 cm lengkuas, memarkan
3 pieces bay
2 stem Serai, memarkan
500 cc ½ coconut milk from coconuts
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper powder
adequate cooking oil

Subtle spices :
5 eggs, onion
6 eggs hazelnut
5 cloves garlic

Topping :
250 ml of water boiling chicken
100 gr coconut half old, scars sangrai, puree
1 tbsp cornflour

Directions :
1. boiled chicken with coconut milk, lengkus, a leaf, salt, pepper powder, Serai, subtle flavor, stir well, cook chicken until tender, lift chicken
