Chicken fry Shrimp Paste

Chicken Fry shrimp paste

Ingredients :
8 pieces of chicken thigh down
1 pandan leaf
1 tbsp fish sauce
200 ml of water
250 ml oil to fry


Spices that are :

3 cloves garlic
1 / 2 tsp new fried shrimp paste
2 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger
1 tbsp coriander round disangan
2 eyes tamarind
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar be combed

Directions :
1. Boiled water until boiling, enter the ingredients are, pandan leaf and fish sauce.
2. Then enter the chicken, lower the fire, until the sauce ungkep stay a little while occasionally be back.
3. Dinginkan chicken.
4. Heat oil and fry chicken until slightly dry.

TIPS cuisine: When mengungkep chicken, the fire must be really small to absorb the flavor and the meat is not destroyed. Wait until the chicken is cold, a new fried chicken that is not destroyed
