Chicken Woku Balanga

Ingredients :
1 cow (1.1 kg) chicken, cut into 8 parts of
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp vegetable oil
5 green chili, fruit, flattered rough
2 stem Serai, memarkan
2 stem onions, cut
3 sheets lime leaves, finely sliced
1 pandan leaves, slices of raw
1 turmeric leaf, finely sliced
20 basil leaves

Puree :
8 red chilies
4 fruit chili sauce
8 eggs, onion
3 cloves garlic
2 cm turmeric
1 cm ginger
1 tomato, cut
2 tsp salt

Directions :
1. Lumuri chicken pieces with the lime juice and salt. Leave for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil, stir-fry until fragrant spices finely.
3. Enter the chicken, stir well until stiff.
4. Add the other ingredients except onions, basil, chili and green. Mixed average. Tuangi 150 ml of water, boil and cook until the chicken cooked.
5. Enter the green chillies, onions, and basil. Cook until the sauce off.
6. Lift and serve warm.
