Fry Chicken Chili

Fry Chicken Chili

Ingredients :
1 chicken country, cut into 10 sections
3 cloves garlic, grated
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
oil for frying

Mixed average :
100 g rice flour
1 tbsp plain flour
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp salt


Directions :
1. Mixed chicken pieces with garlic fine, lime juice, and salt until smooth. Leave for 30 minutes. Drain.
2. Taburi each chicken pieces with flour mixture until smooth.
3. Heat a flat frying pan, enter powdered chicken pieces. Cook until the water in chicken meat and chicken out a little dry. Lift.
4. Heat oil over medium flame. Fried chicken until cooked and dry the outside. Drain.
5. Serve warm.
