Ingredients :
1 chicken
500 cc of coconut water
1 / 2 teaspoon soda cake
4 cloves garlic, mashed
salt
oil for frying
Directions :
1. Clean the chicken and split into two.
2. Rebuslah chicken with coconut milk, soda cakes, garlic and salt until soft and dry up the water. 3. Heat oil and fry chicken until the tawny color, lift.
