Fried rice turmeric (Nasi Goreng kunyit)

Ingredients :
1 tbsp oil for menumis
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp water turmeric
4 sheets leaf orange
4-5 tbsp stock
½ tsp salt
pepper adequate
500 g rice ear length / Tools (rice should overnight)
1 lemon slices




Directions :
1. Heat oil over medium flame, stir fry garlic until fragrant.
2. Enter the saffron water and orange leaves. Stir well. Enter the stock, salt and pepper. Cook until the water and live half the water.
3. Enter rice, mixed rice to the average kuningnya, perasi lemon. Once dry, lift.
4. Serve hot with fried chicken and blazing past.
