Rendang Panggang (Rendang Roast)

Ingredients :
1 kg. beef, cut.
3 coconut, grated and take milk
300 g of potatoes, small size, which has been washed clean




Fine spice :

20 pieces of red onion
5 cloves garlic
100 g red miller
1 tbsp coriander
1 rus lengkuas
1 batng Serai, memarkan
2 sheets of turmeric leaf

Directions :
1. Cook all ingredients together until the rice pestle oily.
2. Insert the meat, slosh-slosh that is not sticky. Cook until the meat is cooked.
3. Add potatoes, cooking with low heat until the sauce mongering.
4. Roasted in the oven for 10 minutes.
Lift, serve.
