Roasted Chicken Flavor Bali

Ingredients :
1 chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil need to (i packing olive oil)
1 stem Serai, memarkan
2 sheets orange leaves



Subtle spices :

5 red chilies (I like the gag Pedes, can be removed bijinya)
3 red chili (can be abolished)
5 eggs, onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp roasted shrimp paste
2 cm turmeric
1 cm kencur
3 eggs hazelnut
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Directions :
1. Shop chicken into 4 sections, lumuri with salt and lemon juice. Leave some time. Drain.
2. Heat oil, stir-fry flavor with fine Serai and orange leaves until fragrant. Enter the chicken, slosh-slosh to spice chicken terbalut. Close and lower apinya. Continue cooking until chicken and cooked flavor permeate. Add a little hot water if necessary.
3. Lift chicken and grilled over coals. Back-back while occasionally smeared chicken until browned flavor. Lift and serve.
