Tumis kacang panjang (stir-fry long beans)
Ingredients :
150 gr long beans, cut 4 cm
75 g oncom, cut into ½ cm cube (can be replaced with chicken / beef mince)
2 bay leaf
1 vertebra lengkuas, memarkan
adequate salt
pepper powder adequate
3 tbsp oil need to
Spices HALUS :
6 units of red onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Ebi, rendam hot water, Drain
½ tomato fruit
Directions :
1.Panaskan oil, stir-fry until fragrant spices finely, add the bay, and lengkuas oncom. Mixed average.
2. Enter the long beans, salt and pepper, cook until beans cooked long. Lift serve.
