Tumis Kangkung Santan

Ingredients :
700 gr kangkung, siangi
200 gr smoked tuna fufu, suwir rough-suwir
5 tbsp oil
125 gr grated coconut PERAS to 125 ml of water, filtered
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt




Subtle spices :
6 eggs hazelnut
6 eggs, onion
3 red chili
1 tsp paste

Directions :
1. Heat oil in wok, stir-fry until fragrant spices.
2. Enter tuna fish fufu, 2 tbsp milk, mixed flat. Cook until boiling. Cast the remaining coconut milk, add kangkong, bubuhi sugar and salt, mixed flat. Cook until cooked. Lift and serve.
